Capsicum – ½ cup (sliced)
Cabbage – ½ cup (shredded)
Spring onion – 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Cooked chicken or prawns (optional) – ½ cup

Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
Chili sauce – 1 teaspoon (optional)
Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
Tomato ketchup – 1 tablespoon

1. Boil the Noodles:

Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Rinse with cold water after draining to prevent additional cooking. Drizzle a little oil to keep them from sticking.

2. Stir-Fry the Vegetables:

In a large pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons oil on high flame.
