🔹 Sliced 1 Capsicum (any color)

🔹 Sliced 1/2 Cup Mushrooms
🔹 Olive Oil 2 Tablespoons
🔹 Minced 2 Cloves Garlic
🔹 Soy Sauce 2 Tablespoons
🔹 Oyster Sauce 1 Tablespoon (optional)
🔹 Sesame Oil 1 Teaspoon
🔹 Salt and pepper to taste
🔹 Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Directions for Mixed Vegetable Stir-Fry:1. In a large pan or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

5. Add sesame oil, oyster sauce (if using), & soy sauce. To coat the vegetables, thoroughly mix.
6. Cook until the vegetables are crisp but still soft, about 2 more minutes.
7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
