✔ Mix well and marinate for at least 10–15 minutes.
Step 2: Stir-Fry the Chicken
✔ In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil or ghee over medium-high heat.
✔ Set aside the marinated chicken after cooking it for 5 to 6 minutes, or until it is gently browned.
Step 3: Sauté the Aromatics
✔ In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil.
✔ Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
✔ Sauté onions until soft and golden.
Step 4: Add Ginger, Garlic & Spices
✔ Add ginger, garlic, and green chili. Cook for 1 minute.
✔ Add salt, chili powder, turmeric, and coriander powder and stir.
Step 5: Make the Tomato Base
✔ Add chopped tomatoes. Cook until soft and oil begins to separate, 5 to 7 minutes.
✔ Optional: Blend for a smoother sauce before returning to the pan.
Step 6: Add Bell Peppers & Chicken
✔ To maintain some crunch, add bell peppers and sauté for 3–4 minutes.
✔ To coat it, add the cooked chicken back to the sauce and stir well.
Step 7: Final Touch
✔ Sprinkle garam masala. Simmer for two to three minutes after mixing everything.
✔ Garnish with chopped coriander.
