✨ Introduction of Bhuna Chana Masala
Bhuna Chana Masala is a robust and dry-style chickpea dish made by slow-roasting cooked chickpeas in a rich onion-tomato masala. Unlike traditional curry versions, this one is thicker, spicier, and ideal for serving with roti or as a filling protein-rich snack.
In Pakistani households, it’s often made with kala chana (black chickpeas) or white chana (kabuli chana), depending on preference. This recipe works beautifully with either, offering a punch of flavor and a wholesome dose of plant-based protein.
