Ingredients of Bun Kabab
For the Kabab Patties:
* 250g ground beef or chicken
* One hour of soaking time for ½ cup of split Bengal gram, or chana daal
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 1-inch piece ginger
* 3–4 garlic cloves
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp red chili powder
* ½ tsp turmeric
* 1 tsp coriander seeds
* ½ tsp garam masala
* 1 green chili
* Handful of fresh coriander & mint
* 1 egg (to bind)
For Assembly:
* 4 burger buns (cut and lightly buttered)
* Sliced onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers
* Fried eggs (optional, street-style)
* Lettuce leaves or cabbage (optional)

* ½ cup yogurt
