Traditional Bakery Biscuits Pakistani

1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F). Line the sheet of cooking with the parchment paper.
2. Cream, Sugar, and Butter:
In a bowl, beat the powdered sugar and butter until they are creamy, light, and frothy.
3. Include dry and vanilla ingredients.
Include vanilla extract. In another ciotal, understand the flour, powder, and salt together. Include it slowly in the mixture of the butter.
4. From the Dough:
Work the contents into a soft dough with gentle pressure. Only if the dough seems too dry should you add a tablespoon of milk.
5. Form the Biscuits:
Use cookie cutters to form the dough into tiny balls or roll it out. Make sure to leave room between each biscuit when placing them on the tray.
6. Bake
For 15 to 20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly brown. These biscuits should stay pale with only golden edges, so avoid overbaking.
7. Cool & Serve:
Place them on a wire rack to cool fully. As they cool, they will solidify.
Advice:
You can add cardamom powder or sugar for extra taste. Keep for up to one or two weeks in an airtight container.
