* Required 4 large ripe mangoes, or needed two cups of mango pulp
* Sugar: 2 cups
* One cup of water for the syrup and half a cup for blending
* Lemon juice: 3 tbsp
* Citric acid: 1 tsp (optional, acts as a preservative)

Step 1: Prepare Mango Pulp
* Wash, peel, and cut the mangoes.
* Blend the mango pieces with ½ cup water into a smooth pulp. Strain Necessary For a smooth texture.
Step 2: Make Sugar Syrup
* We needed one cup of water and sugar in a saucepan.
* Heat on medium flame until sugar dissolves and forms a slightly sticky syrup (1-string consistency).
