• 1 can (15 oz) Sauce of tomato or tomatoes crushed
• 2 tbsp tomato paste (optional, for depth)
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• One or two cups of water or beef broth (if necessary)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
Optional Add-ins:
• Need shredded mozzarella also cheddar cheese, half a cup
• Red pepper flakes for heat

Step 1: Prepare the pasta:
• Bring the elbow macaroni to a boil in salted water until it’s just al dente. After draining, set it away. If this is overcooked, then the pasta will still cook in the sauce.
Step 2: Make the base sauté
• In a big karahi, also heat the olive oil/ghee over medium heat. Sauté the bell pepper and chopped onion for three to four minutes, or until they are tender. after adding the garlic Cook for one more minute.
Step 3: Brown the ground beef in step three.
• Break up the ground beef with a spoon after adding it and cooking it until browned. If needed, drain extra fat.
Step 4: Include the Tomato Ingredients
• Add the tomato paste, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes.
• Add salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian spice.
• Pour in about a cup of water or broth. Stir thoroughly.
Step 5: Let the Sauce Simmer
• To enable the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken, lower the heat to low and simmer for ten to fifteen minutes.
• If the mixture gets too thick, add more water or broth.
Step 6: Combine with Pasta
• Add cooked macaroni to the sauce. Mix thoroughly.
• Let it cook for another 5–7 minutes so the pasta absorbs the flavor.
• Stir in cheese if using, and let it melt into the mix.
